Sie stellt eine Br\u00fccke dar, um Forschung und Praxis zu verbinden.\r\n\r\nDie Plattform umfasst einerseits Informationen zur <a href=\"https:\/\/digital.hfh.ch\/wissenwaswirkt\/part\/evidenzbasierung-in-der-heil-und-sonderpaedagogik\/\">Evidenzbasierung in der Heil- und Sonderp\u00e4dagogik<\/a> und andererseits eine <a href=\"https:\/\/digital.hfh.ch\/wissenwaswirkt\/chapter\/foerderprogramme-finden\/\">Datenbank zu F\u00f6rdermassnahmen<\/a> mit Hinweisen zur Durchf\u00fchrbarkeit, theoretischen Fundierung und Evaluation (externe Evidenz).\r\n\r\nF\u00fcr weiterf\u00fchrende Beratung und Unterst\u00fctzung steht Ihnen unsere Fachstelle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hfh.ch\/fachstellen\/verhalten-und-lernen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Verhalten und Lernen (VeLer)<\/em><\/a>\u00a0zur Verf\u00fcgung.\r\n\r\n<hr \/>\r\n\r\n<h2>Zwei Plattformen -
