It was developed, researched and differentiated at the University of Bologna over a period of around four decades. Cuomo achieved an international reputation.\u00a0<\/span><strong style=\"text-align: initial; font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/338016173_Aspects_de_qualite_de_l'education_inclusive_-_Emotion_to_know_and_the_desire_to_exist?ev=project\">Introduction to the method (2019)<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"text-align: initial; font-size: 14pt;\">.<\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n<ol>\r\n \t<li>The concept is based on a few strategic principles:\r\n\u201cProgetto di vita\u201d (global perspective of life, with parents as the core group), that is, the pedagogy and its measures are examined based on their significance for life, a life that allows the person to be autonomous, socialized and competent.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Context first, i.e. inclusion only succeeds if the context is first researched and changed (family system, school and teaching system, workplaces, leisure time).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Resources first. This means: deficits are usually used to justify individual-centered, summative diagnoses or prejudices; the promotion of inclusion rigorously relies on resources, including emotions and social relations.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The indicators of inclusion are observable in the progressive development of autonomy, socialization and competence.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>The design of inclusive processes requires action models (\u201cpiste di lavoro\u201d (working plans), projects and empathic-relational competences).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u00a0Control and quality development are realized through supervision and multi-perspective action research (cf.
